What's in the catalog?

Most library catalogs include a combination of both printed and electronic resources. The catalog includes entries for:

Books (print, electronic, and microcard)
Names of Periodicals (journals, magazines and newspapers)
  printed/bound (still in paper format), microfilm, microfiche, electronic journals
Electronic Databases (online, CD-ROM, etc.)
Government Documents
Reference Materials
Maps
Manuscripts and Other Items in Special Collections
A Small Number of Internet Resources (primarily government sources or materials to which the Library subscribes)

What's NOT in the catalog?

listings of individual articles in periodicals (journals, magazines and newspapers)
