Searching Periodical Titles in Education Full Text or General Science Full Text

**Not all articles from each issue are available in full text. If your article is not listed, check the Full Text Electronic Journals Holding List or the Library's catalog for additional options, or request the article via Interlibrary Loan if it is unavailable elsewhere.

STEP ONE Open a session for Education Full Text or General Science Full Text..Click in the box next to the database you want.

STEP TWO Change the search field "All - Smart Search" to "Journal Name" and type in the periodical title that you need. Then change the second search field to either "Title" or "Author," and type in a word or phrase from the article title or type in the author's last name. You may specify the year of the article to help narrow the search. Click on Go. If you wish simply to browse articles in a particular issue of the periodical rather than locating a specific article, then only enter the "Journal Name" and the date.

STEP THREE Click on the title of the article to go to the full entry screen and then click on the HTML link to view the article. You may also choose the PDF link, which may say "TextPDF" or "Full Image PDF," but usually the HTML option will provide easier retrieval.
